Three Fold Repetition Draw bug

The game was supposed to be a winning one but it ended up in draw due to three fold repetition, which clearly did not happen. lichess.org/Nvt1wHEZ please check the end game.

The position after white's move 43, 45 and 47 are same. Therefore, there is a threefold repetition of positions, and your opponent claimed draw.

Clearly the OP needs to read the rulebook.

Users are supposed to read the FAQ/rules first which clearly did not happen.
