I need some help with setting up an OBS stream. Please Help

Hello. I have been playing chess for around 15 years and rated 2009 uscf. After watching chessat3 and several other streams I am very interested in streaming myself. I Have downloaded the OBS software but need help as to how to get on lichess and twitch and start streaming. I have created a twitch page as well. If anyone could help me as to how I can set up the video and the microphone on my desktop it would be greatly appreciated! Thankyou in advance for your help and hope to see you on camera soon!

Maybe you can just approach the people who do have a Twitch chess channel directly, they will be glad to help you

I don't think most streamers do anything special. Most seem to use the built in webcam and mic on their computers.
