Wrong puzzle 64978

I am quite sure, that this puzzle is incorrect lichess.org/training/64978, because every move of the King in 36. leads to a draw.

You're right, this puzzle looks wrong. It would be okay if all king moves were accepted because they all seem to lead to a draw (and taking the draw is the best way to go in this puzzle) but I can't add moves. Puzzle disabled.

They might not be common, but they're valid puzzles (if correct): puzzles are about finding the best move anyway, not necessarily finding the _winning_ move.

Yes, I guess there could be a lost puzzle if one move is better than the rest.

And, by the way, literally, there is no "best" losing move. The result is always 0.
