Why did JusticeBot/Farmville/Marchan get banned?

Hi Lichess Mods and community. My friend has spent literally thousands and thousands of hours playing on the site and winning, giving instructional value, and popularizing/advertising and innovating the site to get the most prestige from his thousands of followers and absolutely deserves an explanation from an admin other than some admin just doesn't like him.

He tried to write this on lichess forum, on facebook, hoping that he would get some feedback from Lichess Team:

"Well thankfully my FB cant be closed here by a lichess admin so if you would be so kind as to answer me here, I would love an explanation why I am possibly banned on lichess.org now. This is JusticeBot, aka Farmville aka Marchan. I have never cheated once on the site. The only reason for my no-rated on JusticeBot was because I played my friend who used my alt "NoDrawNow" and I basically gave him the acct and I didn't want it anymore. We played legit games as he is also a master and I had achieved 2700 blitz on that account and I was 2620 on JusticeBot. I got to 2700 blitz while playing real games against him and then my account was flagged for the rating inflation/deflation. Now first off, I didn't know this was wrong because I wasn't playing myself and 2nd I earned both ratings of 2700 and 2620 and did not surpass any rating I gained.

Now onto Farmville, I am a part of The National Blitz League and we have open arenas with teams, and I have the team Portland Farmers. My teammates often have gotten paired with me in the arena and instead of playing and wasting tournament time the higher-rated player gets the victory and this is done among all teams since lichess does not allow teammates to be asked to not be paired.

Currently more than one admin of the NBL is in contact with a lichess administrator to restore my account because of what happened and then I heard a warning from my friend IM Joel Banawa that because they saw me streaming on lichess from his twitch because he had prior obligation to stream his strongest weekly lichess tournament, someone reached out to him about this. Now I'm sure it was well known I was Marchan but the sudden random ban of all my accounts deserves an explanation as from what it looks like, nothing I've done is wrong and all my ratings were legit and earned."

Please, I would like to get some feedback about this, explanation of why did these 3 accounts get banned on lichess. Thanks for your attention. All I can say is that He is a legit player. We even streamed together, I have seen how he plays Bullet and Blitz and I have watched his FB streams a lot. He is legit...
Fair Play and Community Guidelines
Users, both registered and unregistered agree to behave with good conduct whilst using Lichess’ Services. This will always be determined at Lichess’ discretion. Users who don’t behave with good conduct may have their account banned or closed without warning, and their content removed from the site. In all circumstances we withhold the right to ban or close an account for any reason without warning, and without having to provide evidence that Fair Play and Community Guidelines have been breached.

See the following for some examples of what you shouldn’t do.

1. Cheating. We define this as using any external assistance to strengthen your knowledge and, or, calculation ability to gain an unfair advantage over your opponent. Some examples would include computer engine assistance, opening books (except for correspondence games), endgame tablebases, and asking another player for help, although these aren’t the only things we would consider cheating.

2. Artificially inflating or deflating your rating. This is where a User purposefully loses, or has arranged with an opponent to win. As a result, the User’s rating will artificially increase or decrease.

3. Impersonation. Don’t pretend to be someone who you’re not. You’re welcome to use a pseudonym.

4. Breaking into accounts or Lichess servers, even if it’s as simple as just guessing a password. This activity is illegal, so the relevant authorities would also be notified. You are welcome to support Lichess by reporting security issues to us.

5. Harassing conduct or offensive language. If you aren’t sure whether to say something, think about how an objective outsider might view it. Harassment is a criminal act and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

6. Sharing copyrighted material. On some parts of the site you can share your own content with the public. Posting anything other than what you’ve made yourself, or have a fiduciary right to share is illegal. Users are responsible for what they post and share.

7. Abuse our infrastructure. Don’t take any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure or on our third-party providers. We reserve the right to determine what is reasonable.

8. Spamming. Posting unsolicited messages like junk mail, chain letters, or just general spam is just frustrating for our Users, so don’t do it.

These are just some suggestions of what we would consider against the spirit of playing fairly in our community. This list is non-exhaustive and doesn’t detail all activity we can or will take action against. The final word is always with the administrators, and penalties will be applied at the administrators’ discretion.

JonBonesJones, are you saying that in addition to operating three different accounts
(JusticeBot Farmville Marchan) he also operated the account NoDrawNow,
then gave access to that account to another player and won rating points playing against his own previous account?

Do you know how to use a VPN? Should work, if it is your own internet provider who has blocked it. Why on earth would they block this domain though?
