I was literally trying for years to get a good puzzle rating and managed to reach 3000 and now with the new system I
failed in one and lost 178 rating points...This is really unfair and heartbreaking.
It is because you are provisional. With new system comes new rating, so everyone became provisional when puzzles v2 got implemented. Just like normal games, after about 20 puzzles, your rating will become stable again.
Like you lost 178 points for just one puzzle it is likely that you gain as many as points when you correctly solve others.
I get it but it's kinda ironic considering I have solved/lost over 30.000 puzzles.
