Somehow in this game I ended up with 1:09 time on the final move? My opponent didn't add any time I just gained 10 seconds for no reason that I can see.
IIRC, games which are in progress during an update get extra time given to both players to prevent "I lost this game on time because of the restart!!!" posts. There used to be a message like
"white + 15 seconds"
"black + 15 seconds"
"Sorry for the inconvenience"
but it doesn't show up anymore.
