I felt so bad at myself after seeing this game, does everyone make this kind of blunder?

These kind of questions came in my mind "Am I a bad player?", I just feel like crying whole day, I feel like I am the worst player in the world.

Will I be a bad player, I dont know anyone who can make mistakes like this, I cant stop my tears, everything's opening up, please someone help me out of this emotional state.
Hi man,
Everyone makes mistakes. It is just life that sometimes we mess up.
If you have played a lot today, I would say take a break, maybe leave it till tomorrow. Most cases with things like this, you can be your own worst enemy.

Something I do when I have made a stupid mistake or lost in a winning position is give myself 15 minutes to just look back and see what went wrong where. Chess is a beautiful game in that you can objectively find ways to improve in your losses.

You may be taking chess a bit too seriously, I suggest if you're really tearfull, you could stop playing and take a break for a few days, and come back. I once had a similar game, but it was like a lot worse, lichess.org/Qm6IT8om#84 I just had a bit of a laugh and went on.
Thanks a lot guys, now atleast my tears stopped and I am able to convince myself
There is no point getting upset about losing a game badly. The game has been worthwhile if you can identify one or two bad moves you have made and learn from it.

It's also a good idea to be familiar with at least one good defence against e4. Then you won't get into a bad position right in the opening.

One should never be afraid of losing or it will hold back progress.
Hey my friend. I am sorry for that.

It might seem like one thing to lose a completely winning position like yours, and another thing to blunder one pawn. But in reality it is very similar. These types of simple mistakes all have to do with a similar root cause- you miscalculate, you play too much on instinct and don't consider your opponent's possible replies, etc. In some cases it has more drastic consequences but it's the same kind of oversight.

Chess takes a lot of time to become decent at, let alone to master. With enough time and dedication, tho, you can achieve a reasonable level, let's say 2000 lichess classical (roughly 1500 fide). That's better than most people!

You're not there yet, but that's the beauty of this game. It is hard to do even the most simple things right in it! That's fascinating! You would not guess that such a game is possible to exist, but it is.

I lose like that too, but I really love chess. I know it is really painful and I myself am guilty of not analyzing games that I lost enough, because it's painful to look at. But it's good for your game, good for your personality development. We have to learn from our mistakes.

Maybe we will never become really good, but every game is good for us. So it's still worth playing.

One relatively easy thing you can improve in is using your clock better. You didn't even use a third of your time. If you had thought more, for sure you would have done better.

Hope you feel better soon.
