Do you get the same score at puzzles and actual games?

Time is always a factor for perfection. Engines need time to find the next best move and so do humans. A player that would have the white pieces would have a bit move advantage than the black pieces. If the chessboard had more space between the chess pieces, the advantage would be much smaller for white. If you set up a chessboard with less space in the middle, it becomes obvious that white will always win with perfect play.
Training in openings requires that you know the three golden rules. In the middle game, you require to know how to combine tactics. The end games require positional knowledge of simple end games. This knowledge guides your middle games to an end game of your choice.
If a person lacks any of these principles, their rating will be affect in one of the rating categories (Games or Puzzles). I believe as a general rule of thumb, a 200-point lower rated player has about a 25% chance to win a 200-point stronger player.
It is obvious with all these factors in play that Blitz, Bullet and Standard chess ratings are not going to give the same ratings.
A rating is a factor calculated from a group of players. If one player plays in two groups, their rating bridges the two groups together. If a group is isolated from another group, which is the case with different chess variants, the ratings are not going to be transferable. This is why we cannot compare an orange with an apple, though both a fruits.
Take one phase out of context and it may have a different meaning. Chess puzzles are phrases taken out of context. We search for the best material advantage and checkmating is the highest priority. This type of puzzle works great for learning middle to end game puzzles, and after the exchange of pieces, it often becomes obvious that one of the players are losing.
I enjoy every moment in chess, as if I was eating an apple pie. Have you noticed that not all apple pies taste the same? Therefore, chess has different ratings that are depend on lots of other factors.
@nils it's a 1 sec bullet. It s obvious to make mistakes.
