Play slower (30 min games). Once a day. And analyse the games afterwards, thoroughly.

Get more used to dynamics.
For example:
In this game, why did you play 12.Bxf6? There is no reason to swap off your bishop for the knight.
Most 1700-1800s know this, which is what you need to improve more.

That's classical and I already have somewhat more than 1550(provisional) so I don't need to worry about it too much. Im talking about blitz

But if you want to improve in fast games, the best way is to play slower games, as you will actually learn stuff there and not just play on autopilot (hope chess).

I have already made this forum before. I got my answers in that.

But no answers were like rapid would improve my blitz game.

Sorry, but i did not get what you meant by the word dynamics. I faintly think that it means not to always equal trade.

Well, since it doesn't seem to be happening, you should be worrying about how to do it (not how to do it fast).
