Highest rating isn't correct (If you received points back due to cheating)

I just recently got some rating points back due to playing a cheater. Due to this I just achieved my highest rating. However because I got these points back and I didn't earn them in a game the system doesn't register this as my highest rating ever. Usually your highest rating ever shows the game when you achieved this. However I think it should also register your highest rating ever even in instances where you surpassed your previous mark due to getting points back.
This will change as soon as #1 plays another game, so I'll repeat the data here.

Current Rapid rating is 2149.75.

Highest rating: 2148

Most recent Rapid game (still prior to the start of this thread) ended with a win: 2137+7
Your current rating will change, even if you lose.

If I was going to actually comment on the topic, I would express surprise that you got such a large refund. They're supposed to be limited, in part to prevent this sort of thing.
I'm not sure my question is being answered. Will my highest rating be recorded as 2149 even if I lose? @mcgoves
Also refunds are limited, but if you haven't played that many games since playing the cheater there's no reason for them not to be total.
