Why Lichess is not so good than Chess.com or Playok.com?

Well said, Clarkey. Lichess will always be the best, and those who disagree don't know true quality.

Maybe, with my answer someone gets the wrong idea. I like lichess.org very much, I think that will become the new "stockfish", the leader of chess sites.
Better move list with varriation its a must, and I glad to hear that its on top list of improvements.
I don't except from a freeware site to have a function like mentor, but I think that it is possible to add a function so that users can post puzzles or lectures with board variation and excplains. For example see http://www.chess.com/blog/KingDeathGR/puzzle-4. The site can give us the tools and the users can help site to be better.
Also I don't think that is hard to add a analyze function on trainning to better examine the position.
Also I a "(un-) follow" command on posts, will be a good option.

You are not alone on development of the site, we can help. With ideas, money, development, translation etc
